Computer Services Help Desk

The College of Engineering Computer Services Help Desk Staff provides technical support for faculty, staff and students in the College of Engineering Administration, the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Mining and Geological Engineering and the Department of Material Science and Engineering.

Requesting Assistance

PREFERRED METHOD:  Create a help ticket: https://account.engr.arizona.edu

Secondary Method:  Send an e-mail to the help desk: engrsupport@email.arizona.edu
Be sure to include your name, department, building and room number, and contact information in the e-mail.

Alternate Method:  Call 520.626.7094 and speak to a technician or leave a detailed message outlining your problem. Be sure to leave your name, department, building and room number, and contact information.
