Changing Your Degree

College of Engineering Students: Declared Majors or No Major Selected

All spring 2013 UA grades must be posted to your UA academic record before submitting your Change of College/Degree form. The application process will be open all summer. The fall deadline for College of Engineering students will be October 25, 2013.

If you are a current student with at least one completed semester at the UA you must have

Completed 12 quality UA units in the engineering curriculum (excluding Tier 1 and Tier 2 general education courses) with a grade point average that meets the Admission GPA for the requested degree program.
Completed Calculus I with a grade of C or better. If Calulus I is a C, higher level math grades should be higher.

If you have met the requirements stated above, complete and submit the Request for Change of College/Degree Program form to the Academic Affairs Office, room 200 in the old engineering building after your spring 2013 grades have posted to your UAccess account.

UA Students Outside the College of Engineering

All spring 2013 UA grades must be posted to your UA academic record before submitting your Change of College/Degree form. The application process will be open all summer. The fall deadline for students outside of the College of Engineering will be September 13, 2013.

If you are a current student with at least one completed semester at the UA you must have:

Completed 12 quality UA units in the engineering curriculum (excluding Tier 1 and Tier 2 general education courses) with a grade point average that meets the Admission GPA for the requested degree program.
Completed Calculus I with a grade of C or better

The Academic Affairs Office will notify you with the results (acceptance or denial) via your official UA email address.
